360 REVOLUTION COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

360 Coaching LLC • Texas
Operating the 360 Revolution Brand
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Terms Version: 1.0

These Coaching Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between 360 Coaching LLC, operating the 360 Revolution brand (“Coach,” “360 Revolution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the applicable coaching program (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, electronically accepting, or participating in the Services, Client acknowledges that Client has had an opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to be bound by them.

1. COACHING SERVICES AND PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

Coach may provide educational and developmental coaching services that may include individual or group coaching, live or virtual sessions, workshops, events, community access, recorded content, online courses, workbooks, templates, exercises, and other educational resources (collectively, the “Services”).

The specific program selected by Client, including its price, stated duration, delivery format, and included features, as displayed on the applicable checkout page, order form, enrollment page, or written offer, is incorporated into these Terms.

If a program-specific written term conflicts with these Terms, the program-specific term will control only with respect to that specific subject.

Dates, times, locations, speakers, coaches, platforms, and program components may be reasonably rescheduled, substituted, or modified when necessary. Special events, workshops, gatherings, bonuses, and additional opportunities are subject to scheduling, availability, capacity, and reasonable program changes. Coach will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material scheduling changes.

Coaching is educational and developmental in nature. Client remains responsible for Client’s own decisions, actions, participation, implementation, and results.

2. COUPLES PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY

When Services are offered as couples coaching, participation is intended for the purchasing Client and the spouse or partner identified during enrollment, subject to the applicable program terms.

Program access may not be transferred to another person without Coach’s prior written approval.

Each adult participant is responsible for complying with applicable confidentiality, conduct, intellectual-property, recording, and program requirements.

Client represents that Client is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. PAYMENT; FINAL SALE; PAYMENT DISPUTES

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are due as displayed at checkout.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

No refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement will be provided merely because Client changes Client’s mind, fails to attend or participate, does not complete or access the Services, is dissatisfied with Client’s results, or is suspended or removed for violating these Terms or applicable program rules.

Where permitted by applicable law, Client agrees to contact Coach first and make a good-faith effort to resolve any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING AND PAYMENT PROVIDERS

If Client uses a third-party financing, installment, buy-now-pay-later, or payment provider, that provider’s separate terms and conditions may also apply.

Approval, financing terms, interest or fees, payment schedules, credit decisions, and eligibility are determined by the applicable third-party provider and are not controlled or guaranteed by Coach.

Coach’s refund policy does not modify independent rights or obligations between Client and a third-party payment provider except where required by applicable law.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Coach does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, business, financial, income, career, ministry, relationship, health, or other outcome.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, illustrations, and statements concerning results are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee that Client will achieve the same or similar results.

Results depend on many factors outside Coach’s control, including Client’s effort, decisions, participation, circumstances, consistency, implementation, and other factors.

6. COACHING IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR THERAPY

The Services are coaching and educational services only.

They are not a substitute for legal, medical, mental-health, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Coaching is not marriage counseling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or mental-health treatment. Coach does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions or relationship disorders.

The Services are not intended for emergencies or situations involving immediate threats to safety, abuse, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, or serious mental-health crises.

Client should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service when necessary.

No fiduciary, attorney-client, therapist-patient, physician-patient, accountant-client, or similar licensed professional relationship is created through participation in the Services.

7. TECHNOLOGY AND VIRTUAL ACCESS

For virtual Services, Client is responsible for maintaining compatible internet access, devices, software, email access, and other technology reasonably necessary to participate.

Coach is not responsible for Client-side internet outages, equipment failures, unsupported devices, missed emails, incorrect contact information provided by Client, or inability to participate due to Client’s technology.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Client agrees to respect and protect confidential or private information learned through participation in the Services, including information concerning other participants, Coach, 360 Coaching LLC, its personnel, internal business operations, methods, and private program communications.

Client may not disclose another participant’s private information or distribute private communications without appropriate consent.

Client may not engage in harassment, threats, abusive or discriminatory conduct, disruption, spam, unauthorized solicitation or selling, promotion of competing programs within private program spaces, impersonation, illegal activity, account or password sharing, piracy, unauthorized recording, disclosure of confidential information, or conduct that materially harms the safety, integrity, operations, reputation, or experience of Coach, the 360 Revolution brand, or its participants.

Coach may reasonably determine whether conduct violates these standards.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LIMITED LICENSE

All courses, videos, recordings, coaching methods, frameworks, presentations, workbooks, PDFs, templates, exercises, graphics, processes, written materials, and other content supplied by Coach are owned by or licensed to 360 Coaching LLC and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Client receives a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased program materials for Client’s personal use only.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or authorized in writing by Coach, Client may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, publicly share, sell, sublicense, teach the materials as Client’s own, create substantially derivative or competing products from the materials, remove proprietary notices, or use protected program materials to train or develop an artificial-intelligence system.

10. RECORDING OF PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

Certain coaching sessions, virtual meetings, events, workshops, or other program activities may be recorded for legitimate program, educational, archival, training, or quality purposes.

When reasonably practicable, participants will be informed that recording is taking place.

Client may not independently record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, publish, or redistribute Services or private program activities without prior written permission from Coach.

11. TESTIMONIALS; NAME, IMAGE, VOICE, AND PROMOTIONAL USE

Coach will obtain separate permission before intentionally using an identifiable Client testimonial, name, image, likeness, voice, or personal statement for public advertising or promotional purposes, except where Client voluntarily submits content specifically for such promotional use.

Consent to promotional or testimonial use is not required as a condition of purchasing coaching unless expressly disclosed and separately agreed to.

12. PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Coach may use third-party platforms and service providers to process payments, host content, communicate with participants, schedule sessions, manage customer information, or deliver Services.

Personal information will be handled subject to Coach’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Transactional communications regarding enrollment, billing, scheduling, access, program administration, and purchased Services may be sent electronically using contact information provided by Client.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing email or text messages will be obtained separately where required.

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional SMS marketing.

13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Coach may suspend or terminate Client’s participation or access for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, applicable community rules, intellectual-property restrictions, confidentiality obligations, or other serious misconduct that Coach reasonably determines threatens the safety, integrity, operations, reputation, or experience of the program or its participants.

Termination for such conduct does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue after termination.

14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client voluntarily participates in the Services and understands that coaching may involve decisions concerning relationships, business, finances, career, ministry, lifestyle, personal development, goals, and other areas of life.

Client assumes responsibility for evaluating choices and accepting the risks associated with Client’s decisions and implementation.

Client agrees to exercise independent judgment and seek appropriately qualified professional advice when necessary.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 360 COACHING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, COACHES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF 360 COACHING LLC ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Coaching LLC and its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from Client’s unlawful conduct, unauthorized distribution or misuse of Coach’s materials, breach of confidentiality obligations, or infringement of another person’s rights.

17. TEXAS LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where controlling law requires otherwise.

If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

Any mandatory mediation, arbitration, venue requirement, or other mandatory dispute-resolution procedure must be expressly stated in a written provision accepted by both parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

18. GENERAL TERMS

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Coach is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms, together with applicable program-specific terms presented at enrollment or checkout, constitute the agreement concerning the Services unless supplemented by another written or electronically accepted agreement.

Any amendment must be made in writing or electronically accepted as permitted by applicable law.

Electronic signatures, checkbox acceptance, electronic records, and other electronic methods of assent may be used to the extent permitted by applicable law.
