- schedule appointments and sessions;
- administer coaching relationships and program participation;

5. GoHighLevel / LeadConnector
360 Revolution uses HighLevel, commonly known as GoHighLevel, and related LeadConnector services to support parts of our customer relationship management and communications systems.

- send email communications;
- send SMS communications where authorized;

We may send you email for purposes such as:
- responding to an inquiry;
- registration or purchase confirmations;
- program and coaching communications;
- scheduling;
- reminders;
- event updates;
- resources;
- newsletters; and
- promotional information about coaching, events, classes, or related services where permitted by law.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link or instructions included in those messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-promotional messages that are reasonably necessary for a transaction, registration, coaching relationship, event, legal notice, or other service you requested.
Our commercial email practices are intended to comply with applicable requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, required sender information, a valid method to opt out, and timely processing of opt-out requests. We do not send commercial email using false or misleading header information or deceptive subject lines.
7. SMS / Text Messaging and TCPA Consent
Our website Contact form includes an optional phone number field and two separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent boxes: one for non-marketing (informational) text messages and one for marketing or promotional text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
If you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in to receive text messages from 360 Coaching LLC d/b/a 360 Revolution ("360 Revolution"), we may send you SMS or MMS messages consistent with the consent you provide.
Depending on your selections, these messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment or scheduling information, registration confirmations, event information, reminders, coaching or program communications, customer-care messages, and, if you separately opt in, marketing or promotional messages concerning 360 Revolution coaching, events, classes, programs, resources, and offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from 360 Revolution.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers that assist us in providing messaging, customer service, technology, or related support services is permitted solely as necessary to provide those services on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and telecommunications providers, to transmit, manage, and maintain our text-message communications. These providers may process mobile information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their services.
Your SMS consent choices are maintained separately from other website or service consents. Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily prevent you from receiving non-promotional communications that you separately requested or that are otherwise permitted by law.
We will honor valid revocation and opt-out requests as required by applicable law, including replies such as STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local-storage technologies, or similar tools.
These technologies may be used for:
Essential functions, such as operating the website, security, form functionality, and remembering necessary settings.
Performance and analytics, such as understanding how visitors use the website and identifying technical or usability issues.
Functionality, such as remembering preferences or supporting embedded content.
Advertising and marketing, where used, such as measuring advertising effectiveness, understanding campaign performance, or delivering advertising based on website activity.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may cause portions of the website to function incorrectly.
Where applicable law requires a choice or opt-out for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or similar processing, we will provide or honor applicable privacy choices, including qualifying universal opt-out signals where legally required.
9. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to third parties when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Categories of recipients may include:
CRM and communication providers, including HighLevel and LeadConnector.
Website and technology providers, including website hosting, form, cloud-storage, security, and IT service providers.
Payment processors and financial-service providers used to process purchases and payments.
Scheduling, video-conferencing, or event providers used for appointments, coaching sessions, webinars, workshops, or online events.
Email and SMS service providers used to deliver communications you have requested or authorized.
Analytics and advertising providers, where used, to understand website activity, measure campaigns, or conduct lawful advertising.
Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, and other advisers where reasonably necessary.
Government agencies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement, when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety.
Successors or transaction parties, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us except as permitted by law or applicable contractual terms.
10. Sale of Personal Data, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling
360 Revolution does not sell personal information for monetary payment as part of its ordinary business model.
We do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.
We also do not use personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning matters such as employment, housing, credit, insurance, health care, or access to essential services.
We may use analytics or advertising technologies that disclose device identifiers, cookie identifiers, or website activity to advertising or analytics providers.
Because certain state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly, some advertising-related disclosures may be treated as regulated activity even when no money is exchanged for the data.
Where applicable, you may exercise the right to opt out of covered targeted advertising or sale-related processing by contacting us as described below or through other privacy controls we make available.
11. Sensitive Personal Data
Some information is considered “sensitive data” under privacy laws.
Because 360 Revolution offers faith-based coaching and programming, a participant may voluntarily disclose information concerning religious beliefs. Individuals may also voluntarily disclose information regarding family matters, health, finances, or other private circumstances during coaching or communications.
We do not require sensitive personal information through our general website Contact form.
When sensitive data is processed and applicable law requires consent, we will seek the required consent before processing that information for the applicable purpose.
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, sensitive data includes categories such as religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data used for identification, precise geolocation, and personal data from a known child.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Retention periods may depend on:
- whether you are an active coaching client or participant;
- the nature of your inquiry;
- contractual obligations;
- payment and transaction records;
- tax and accounting requirements;
- consent and opt-out records;
- potential or actual disputes;
- security or fraud-prevention needs; and
- applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, deidentify, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable law and ordinary backup or archival processes.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, account protections, secure service providers, system security controls, and procedures appropriate to the nature of the data we process.
However, no website, internet transmission, electronic storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You therefore provide information electronically at your own risk.
14. Texas Privacy Rights
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, eligible Texas consumers may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process their personal data;
- access personal data concerning them;
- correct inaccuracies;
- request deletion of personal data provided by or obtained about them;
- obtain a portable copy of certain personal data;
- opt out of processing for targeted advertising;
- opt out of the sale of personal data;
- opt out of certain profiling used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects; and
- exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
These rights are subject to exceptions and limitations provided by law.
Residents of other states may have additional rights under their state privacy laws. We will honor legally applicable privacy rights where required.
15. How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights
To submit a privacy request, email:
Please use a subject line such as:
Privacy Request
and tell us which right you wish to exercise.
We may need to request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before completing a request.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) applies, we will respond to an authenticated request without undue delay and no later than 45 days after receipt. We may extend that period once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the original 45-day period.
Where required by law, eligible requests will be processed without charge, subject to applicable exceptions for excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests.
16. Appeals of Privacy Decisions
If we decline to take action on a privacy-rights request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by emailing:
Use the subject line:
Privacy Appeal
and include enough information for us to identify the original request and review our decision.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, we will inform you in writing of our decision, and the reasons for it, no later than 60 days after we receive your appeal. If your appeal is denied, we will tell you how to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
17. Children’s Privacy
Our coaching services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older, and our website is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle that information.
Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided us personal information may contact:
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to or embed services provided by third parties, including payment processors, social-media platforms, video services, scheduling providers, or other websites.
Those third parties may independently collect or process information under their own privacy policies.
360 Revolution is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.
19. Coaching Confidentiality and Privacy
Information shared during coaching is subject to the confidentiality and community-conduct provisions of our Coaching Terms & Conditions and any program-specific agreement. Participants agree not to disclose another participant’s private information or distribute private program communications without appropriate consent.
However, coaching communications should not be treated as legally privileged communications in the same manner as communications with an attorney, physician, licensed mental-health professional, or other professional whose communications may receive special legal protections.
Certain sessions, events, or program activities may be recorded for legitimate program, educational, archival, training, or quality purposes, and participants will be informed when reasonably practicable. Participants may not independently record or redistribute program activities without written permission. We will obtain separate permission before using an identifiable testimonial, name, image, likeness, or voice for public promotional purposes, except where you voluntarily submit content for that purpose.
Please review the 360 Revolution Coaching Terms & Conditions (https://360revolution.org/coaching-terms) and any program-specific agreement for additional provisions governing participation, confidentiality, recordings, intellectual property, and program communications.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where controlling law requires otherwise. If you have a concern about our privacy practices, we ask that you first contact us so we can make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, including your right to contact the Texas Attorney General.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
- our services;
- technology;
- service providers;
- data practices; or
- applicable law.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
